So yes, you could get infinite points, but you can only redeem them until you reach the max amount, and the majority can easily reach their max amount of points by doing some achievements in a game, and correct me if i'm wrong, you can get points from games with achievements already done, you just need to play 30 minutes for it to register. That video was only lucrative for him and the very few people who have that many max points like him, yet somehow he didn't put himself in the shoes of a person who doesn't have money to spend, like the MAJORITY of the steam userbase. That individual in the youtube video had 35k max points and somehow forgot to mention that you have to spend hundreds of dollars on the steam store to reach that certain number. There's a CAP you can reach, and once you've reached that, you cannot redeem anymore points for tokens, they will just sit there.
